A few questions I get asked often
+ What's included in the package?
The base brand development package includes your primary logo, logo variations, and brand elements like icons, color palette, and patterns. However, the needs of each client is different and your package will be tailored to fit your needs. Once we begin our conversation about your project, I will send over detailed information about what exactly is included in your package as well as the investment for each item so you can see the breakdown. How much does it cost?Brand development packages start at $1800 and website development packages start at $3200 and can go up from there based on your specific needs. I will send you a more exact quote with your initial proposal based on what I suggest for your business and project.
+ How long does it take?
Brand development can take approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Website development typically takes anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. All time estimates are dependent upon the individual project, number/complexity of revisions, client response timeliness, and my current booking schedule. A detailed schedule with estimated due dates will be given to each client upon project start.
+ Is there a revision process?
When the brand or site design concept is presented to you, you will see it as a whole so you can get an idea of the big picture. Because we spend so much time on development and strategy, I can mindfully develop, create, and present a solution that has the business’s best interest at heart. After the concept is presented, we typically need to refine rather than revise. We’ll analyze what’s working with the overall brand or site design and tap into how we can make the design even better.
+ Do I need to provide anything before we start the project?
Before we begin our project, I do ask that you complete client homework to help me get to know you, understand the ins and outs of your business, and collect all information you have ready to be able to deliver the best service to you. I will provide you with all the specific details needed to complete your homework with ease.
+ I only need a logo design can you help?
While I do understand that certain situations only require a single logo, I believe that a truly intentional brand needs to be developed as a whole. Because of that, I only offer full brand and website development services to fully develop a strong online presence for you. If you’d like to hear more about why I choose to do this and what it can offer you, please get in touch.
+ Do you offer additional graphic design work?
At this time, I am only able to offer additional graphic design services for existing clients and established brands. Please get in touch if this is something you are interested in and we can chat more about your project.
+ Do you work with website platforms other than Squarespace?
At this time, I only offer website designs using Squarespace. I highly recommend the platform for my clients and use it for myself because of its great features and benefits. If you have a question about your specific website platform or switching to Squarespace, please feel free to contact me and I will help answer your questions.
+ Will I learn how to use my website?
One of the reasons I choose to use Squarespace to design sites is because it is very user friendly and easy to use. My goal is to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to feel comfortable and confident in using your website. You will receive video and written training on how to use your website at the end of our project.
+ Do you offer printing services for brand collateral?
While I no longer offer printing for collateral items, I am happy to suggest my favorite printing companies and help with the process as needed.
+ How do you accept payments?
Payment is accepted via Stripe. You do not have to have a Stripe account to pay. I do ask that you pay via echeck if possible, and you can do this directly through Stripe.
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking and the remaining balance is due before final assets are delivered. I offer additional payment plans by request.
+ How do we get started?

+ Can I use your email content, social media posts, blog posts, or other content?
All of my original designs and content are protected under copyright law. Please do not use my images, content or designs without contacting me.
+ Will you be a guest on my blog, website, or podcast?
I would be honored to be featured! Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for use of images and text.
+ I have an awesome idea for collaboration. Are you actively taking on new opportunities?
I love collaborating with like-minded creatives and am always open to new ideas. I am currently booked with projects and plans, but feel free to email me with your idea and I will be happy to give it consideration or bookmark it for a later date.
+ I want to run an idea by you or I have a question about my business, can you give me advice?
While I wish I could talk with each one of you personally, my time is limited. I am a mama of 2 little ones first and they are my priority right now. I try to answer every email that comes my way, I try to be respectful of my clients and family as well. If you’d like to set up a time to meet via video chat or phone, I am currently offering limited coaching calls and mentoring sessions while I work on preparing a more in-depth mentoring program releasing Spring 2018.
